My setup for todays HQ, SHELLS!!!!

Notes:

• SKILL ORDER MATTERS ON TURN 1 (first Oberon charge, then Cu buffs so that the NP drain activates before the NP charge gain)
• An IK unit can sub for Circe and take care of W1 or W2
• Any MC can be used
• Black Grail can be swapped if another buffer is plugged in
