🌲🌲💐🌺☘️🌿Easy Recipes: Fun Stories of Cooking Noodles with Friends🌲💐☘️🌿
Cooking together with friends or family is not just about making food, it is a joyful experience. Recently, a few of us bought noodles from the market, cooked them together, and finished them off with tomato sauce. Today's blog is about how fun this whole process was.
Buying Noodles from the Market
The first step in cooking our noodles was to choose the right noodles. There are different brands of noodles available in the market—instant noodles, egg noodles, healthy atta noodles, etc. We chose instant noodles because they are easy and quick to cook.
What ingredients did I buy?
- Instant noodles packet (1 packet for each person)
- Tomato sauce (according to taste)
- Fresh vegetables (onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum)
- Seasoning (salt, pepper, soy sauce)
- Olive oil or mustard oil
Preparation for cooking noodles
1. Cutting vegetables
First, we all washed and chopped the vegetables together. Onion was chopped, carrot slices, cabbage and capsicum were cut lengthwise. This part was the most fun, because some were crying while cutting onions, while others were laughing while cutting carrots!
2. Boiling noodles
Water was boiled in a large pan and noodles were added to it. After the noodles are soft, drain the water and set aside. Remember, if you boil the noodles too much, they become soft, so boiling for 3-4 minutes is enough.
Step by step to cook noodles
Step 1: Fry the spices in oil
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and fry until lightly brown. Then add the chopped carrots, cabbage and capsicum and stir-fry in the pan.
Step 2: Add the noodles and sauce
When the vegetables are soft, add the boiled noodles to the pan. Then add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 3: Remove from the stove and serve
When everything is well mixed, turn off the stove and take the hot noodles out on a plate.
The fun of eating noodles together
After cooking, everyone sat down with plates. Some gave more sauce, some took less noodles. We joked about who was eating faster than whom. At the end, we all emptied our plates and burped in satisfaction!
Some tips for cooking noodles
- Don't overcook the noodles, they will become soft.
- If the vegetables are overcooked, the crunchy texture will disappear, so it's better to have them lightly soft.
- If you add chili sauce or hot spices instead of tomato sauce, you will get a different taste.
Cooking noodles is not just a food preparation process, it is an opportunity to spend time with friends. Our little cooking session was full of joy, laughter and delicious moments. You too should try it—cook your own noodles and have fun eating them with your friends!
