Dutch TV satire on the current actions of Russia, US and Ukraine. A vehicle driver (with Russian flag) hits a cyclist (Ukraine) and stands aside while paramedics (US) initially offer help to the casualty, but then end up screaming "why you don't thank you" and then start kicking him. Then the driver offers he will take the casualty and the paramedics get into his car, where he asks them if they mind doing fellatio to him and they willingly agree.
