Two lines (8 bars) of a Jake Hannah étude, from the book by Danny Gottlieb, played in alternation with a basic swing rhythm. The first is already very interesting when played isolated, as a 4 bar solo, the second has two parts, the first two bars are nice, and the last two form the beginning of a longer phrase with two more bars. So I played part of it, going back to the swing rhythm, and starting over.
