PC Engine Raspberry Pi Hucard

A few videos ago I showed off the RP Engine, my attempt to make an open-source box to make using a Raspberry Pi CD emulation for the PC Engine easier to contain. But CDs aren't what the PC Engine is known for and using a USB controller didn't feel right either, let's fix those issues.
