Coupling ThermoNIX Thermometer with a Recorder

time2 mo agoview2 views

It's been a looooong time... and I was thinking about connecting my ThermoNIX digital thermometer from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUIvJlyHlP8 with a recorder to draw a curve of temperature changes over time. This very simple mod adds a voltage output and calibration potentiometer to the ThermoNIX, which will be helpful for setting the baseline e.g. at -10°C for outside temperature measurements.

Breaking out my LKB Bromma model 20 recorder, made by Kipp & Zonen from the Netherlands... another product from this company will appear on my channel again, stay tuned!
