Dashcam video released due to a lawsuit showing Allentown Police Department Officer Joseph M. Iannetta kicking Hector Medina-Pena in the head during a 2015 arrest. Medina-Pena, who suffered a broken jaw and lost three teeth as a result, was clearly not resisting or threatening anyone in any way.

Iannetta already had a previous history of violence, including another case in which he and his partner slammed a man head first into the concrete for which the residents of Allentown were forced to pay a $350,000 settlement to his victim.
