This week is a continuation from last, getting the very last bugs from one of the most difficult refactoring projects I've ever done for Inkscape. The PDF importer.

The fun I had this week was trying to use ChatGPT to help me do some of the programming. But it was worse than bad, it was actively hostile to understanding and if you weren't very careful you could end up spending a lot of time trying things that just wouldn't work.

Although it was fun seeing it become more unhinged the longer I spent correcting it's mistakes and it's suggestions would become more and more inaccurate as it run out of data in it's model.

The hackfest will be in mid-March, I'll be making some videos and doing some interviews hopefully with the other developers for inkscape. More fun things to follow.
