The I-Team discovered 37 documented cases of officers being untruthful on the job. Only 4 of them were fired. Some only received a counseling letter. This story shows the dash camera video recording of an officer’s high speed pursuit that he claimed never happened. His police chief refused to disclose the incident to the county prosecutor. Prosecutors are required by law to disclose cases of dishonest officers to the defense.
