It may sound funny to call a snow storm with strong winds 'calming' but even without the gentle music, that's how it felt- the huge flakes drifting down- or blowing around!- were mesmerising. It was just a beautiful feeling of nature's power and grandeur. And truly, although not as dry as many parts of Alberta, the moisture is still very welcome. Happy not to be on the road today or tomorrow, though!
