So here we are, it's possible that this hasn't been seen since the late 1970s. It's possible that it was only aired once. It's possible that it was aired constantly, and that the evidence I found of broadcast in the late 70s is just one of several broadcasts.

Regardless, it is an early television artifact that is almost certainly under copyright. I believe my sharing it here qualifies as fair use, as I intend it's viewing to be educational, and it's a frankly low quality capture as a result of the damage to the film.
