In December 2015 I made a gameplay of Bejeweled 3 Diamond Mine with 4,010,000pts. On December 9, 2024, I made almost 8 million in Diamond Mine. A secret game mode in Bejeweled 3.

The key to get high score on this game mode is to get as many special gems as possible, especially Star Gem, Hypercube, and Supernova Gems. Special Gems can destroy dirt with two matches. Having Special Gems can also the key to destroy tougher obstacle such as Dark Rock which cannot be destroyed by normal matches.

At initial game, Diamond Mine mode have 5 gems. Having special gem is strongly recommended since the next part will have 6 gems.

However, Diamond Mine has a tax bug which only adds 40% of the score. For example, a diamond which scores 25,000 points only adds score by 10,000, or a diamond with 10,000 points only adds score by 4,000. If the adding score of Diamond has no tax bug, the score should be $17,523,000.

Game Stats:

• Max Depth: 5,120m (3.181 miles) (wow that was a 5km depth)
• Total Time: 3 Hours 26 seconds (However, this video has 3 hours 40 minutes and 29 seconds)
• Best Move: $150,000
• Best Treasure: $150,000 (Legendary Gem)

Treasure Found:

• Gold: 3% ($269,000)
• Diamonds: 80% ($6,388,000) If there are no tax bugs, the Diamonds should adds score by $15,970,000
• Treasures: 16% ($1,284,000)

Interesting, there are three other treasure which based on other PopCap games all of that treasure is the three highest treasure in Bejeweled 3 Diamond Mine mode, first is Regal Unicorn (Worth $75,000), it features Bjorn from Peggle Deluxe (2007), the second is Mysterious Frog (Worth $90,000), it features a frog from Zuma's Revenge (2009), the third is Legendary Gem (Worth $150,000), it features a Blue Gem which founded on Diamond Mine Java/Flash game (a code name of Bejeweled which released in 2000).

TRIVIA: Before Bejeweled 3, that Blue Gem is founded on two other PopCap Games, first is Bejeweled 2 Deluxe (2004), that gem founded when typing "oldskool", the second is Chuzzle Deluxe (2005), that gem featured when playing secret game mode of Chuzzle Deluxe, Bechuzzed.
