This is footage from a training evening flying without flight assist. In use is a HOTAS (X52Pro) and my DIY headtracker[1] with a very aged version of OpenTrack (snap package).
The game is Fly Dangerous[2] (public beta branch, free game, opensource) played via Proton. In theory that works on the native one too but the public beta branch is not up to date enough to test it already. This is thanks to the implementation of the Opentrack protocol, which simply sends data to an UDP reciever. TrackIR is apparently also supported, but I can not test this obviously. You'll also see some effects that are not yet on the stable branch, like that fancy shield effect, proximity warning and [more] reflections.
