Russian collaborator Alexei Selivanov explains the technical details of "de-Ukrainisation", as he calls it: the Ukrainians who do not want to reject Ukrainian ethnicity must die or leave, and the rest must become "plastic, genetic material" to be moulded back into "united Russians". The excerpt is taken from a video recording of a meeting of the so-called "Club of National Unity" which was a gathering of Russian collaborators from Ukraine and other Eastern European countries held in March 2025. Alexei Selivanov is a Ukrainian collaborator with Russia, former assistant to the Minister of Defence of Ukraine (under Yanukovych), participant in the war against Ukraine, blogger, and employee of the Russian occupation administration in the Zaporizhzhia region.
