The town Yasinuvata in Donbas witnessed heavy fighting in August 2014 when unmarked Russian soldiers (called "Donbass self-defense") first captured it and Ukrainian army tried to liberate it. Russian commander Alexander Khodakovsky gave an order to shell the town with "Grad" MLRS systems, which caused significant damage to the town - which Russian media promptly blamed on Ukraine. Please keep this in mind each time when Russian media speaks of "Ukraine shelling Donbass for eight years". In this video Khodakovsky first speaks of his order from 06:00, then from 13:00 he speaks of "advantage given to us by taking the fight in town", meaning the restrictions on use of indiscriminate weapons by Ukrainian army.
