Alexander Kazakov explains why Russia is cutting undersea cables

Russian state media ridiculing the sabotage conducted on Baltic submarine cables by ships leaving Russian ports. The host sets the scenes with an analogy to the "Novichok" poison which, as he argues, "never killed anyone" (not true). The invited expert admits that "at this spot, no ships drop their anchors" as the cables are clearly marked on all marine maps and says cutting of the cables must have been intentional and its purpose is to "cause problems". At this point Duma member Alexander Kazakov joins the discussion and says that the Baltic sea "unavoidably" had to become "our military theatre" because Russia is "liberating Baltic sea". Kazakov openly says that the ongoing sabotages are Russian "escalation". Host and Kazakov then also say that "Europe must be punished" for its engagement in Ukraine's defense and they quote Medvedev, who postulated using "migrant riots" and specifically cutting submarine cables to achieve that goal.
