Sometimes, the Polaris ILS doesn’t do a thing that you want it to do. Sometimes, you need a tool and that tool turns out to be expensive or, worse yet, that tool doesn’t exist at all. When that happens to me, I do what any slightly competent programmer might do: open up an IDE and write some slightly competent code. And sometimes, it works out. Join me for some examples of weird and wonderful Polaris adjacent programming projects and let me encourage you to scratch your Polaris itches, even if you need to build a scratching tool first.
