Welcome back! Just two days ago, Mazatlan set a new World Record for the Worlds Longest Sashimi preparation. It stretched one kilometer long and featured over 19,000 pieces of Sashimi made with over TWO TONNES of fresh Tuna with 300 professional chefs preparing it all! So today, I'll show you what it was all like and how much fun it was.

I have to say, that Mazatlan's economy is doing great when it has two major events on THE SAME DAY! That day, also happened to be the first day of "Semana de la Troca" AKA "Truck Week", so stay tuned for the next video where I showcase all the Truck Madness that also took place.
