Two Roswell police officers who were caught on video flipping a coin to determine if a speeding motorist would go to jail were fired Thursday morning. These two officers were fired and the driver's case was dismissed. Further investigation led to a finding of more misconduct within the department with another officer disciplined. This sort of arbitrary and capricious action by the police is common - what is uncommon is the evidence being made public and something actually being done about it.
